dear all prayer warriors,

about yesterday:
Xiujuan Chuan Dao was admitted to hospital yesterday morning because her tube at the back that allow urine to come out caused inflamation, thus fever.

She has a 1-hour procedure to replace the tube 830-930pm.

when I see her about 10pm, she is tired after the procedure.

As news got out, many people were there - her NAFA classmates, cousins, SBC classmates, sisters, nephews and nieces, sister's church members... (before i arrived, Elder Tan, wife, Lizhen Chuan Dao, Manxian Jie, Deacon Yougang were there too)

I asked two of the sisters staying with her the conditions now:

Doctor says her kidney is down (thus need the tube), her complaints of backache also due to cancerous cells there. The family thinks her mental state seems to be confused past few days. Doctor feels that is a bad sign too and asks the family to be prepared .

My assessment of the condition:

She is still chirpy and cheerful, just tired after the hour long procedure. (great contrast with the other patients in the same ward)

I went up to say, "hey, sister, you rest well, Timothians are praying for you" (so u guys continue praying huh!!!) That woke her up from her sleepiness (felt a bit guilty)... And she discovered the crowd surrounding her and starting greeting everyone!

Coz her specs is not on, she cannot recognise someone... but i personally think that is not coz she is confused.. hey.. give our sister a break.. she just came from a procedure leh!!! and no specs leh!!! but she recognise most people after putting her specs on.. and says to those she momentarily can't recall, "it will come back slowly"

then she calls me by name to her.. so I told her again.. our church is praying for her.. Elder Tan refers her as the one Jesus loved (in John 11, what Lazarus was called.. Lazarus was delayed in healing but Jesus still heals after he was DEAD 4 days)... and the youths (aka you guys) are praying for her... so she stopped trusting the sight, and just simply believe by faith in healing... (coz she ever asked me what you guys are praying.. and knowing she believes in healing as she shared with me them upteen times.. i told her i asked you guys to continue to pray for healing still).

I mean... an appeal is an appeal.. we pray for the best... for the time being.. put away all the rationalisation and just believe in healing... like Daniel's friends thru the fire... we know God can heal.. But if not, we know He has the best plan... but it is His commands we can pray and intercede fervently...

so.. dearies.. I urge all to pray for her to continually enjoy the Divine joy, peace and love... and her second sister's church came to annoint her with oil like James 5 says... we shall wait to see what happens.. but I pray we don't just be pessimistic.. but know she may still be healed .. but if not.. we know Jesus is with her all the time.. (like Daniel's friends in Daniel 3 and they were rescued in the end)

PS: she prefer not to talk on phone and receive visitors while she is at home.. not sure about when she is in hospital though.. i will go again later since i went already and she seems glad to see me then i will ask her again.. yesterday too many people forget to ask...
