Key Lesson of Jesus the Healer

Jesus brought physical healing to many people... physical healing is possible today, along with other kinds of healing - spiritual, emotional and mental.

Mark 1:40-45
Jesus is more than a healer, He comes to teach about the truth concering God and Himself... but the Leper spreading the news of his healing prevented others from listening to his preaching.

The Leper story reminds us even if something is true, we should not communicate it however we want if it disobeys God's direction... (if it does not edifies, hurt people, interrupt execution of godly plans as in the case of Nehemiah)

Mark 2:1-12
Jesus is more than a healer, He is God who forgives sin.

The paralytic's story shows us Jesus' nature - He looks not only on the faith of the individual, but also of the group (the 4 friends), and His compassion moves Him to forgive.

(Divine Healing is a sign and wonder... all signs point to something... in this case, it points to Jesus as God. Healing for the sake of healing alone does not solve the issue of death coz our bodies are but tents in this transcient world.)
