1) What is gospel?
2) Why spread gospel?
-New Creation [2Cor 5:17-21]
-responsibility entrusted
-Truth entrusted
-ambassadors for Christ
3) WHO IS GOD?
-创造者 The Creator [Gen 1:1, 26-27]: To have a personal relationship with Him
5 Truths
Truth 1: God Made Man
We can't see/touch/feel Him because of SIN [Rom 2:23]
(SIN= Not listening/following God)
Truth 2: Man has sinned.
Resulting in 1)DEATH, 2)Judgement, 3)Eternal seperation
Truth 3: Sin has consequences.
Truth 4: Christ came to save us.
[1Cor 15:3-4] Jesus' death and resurrection
Truth 5: We must make a response.
By either believing, or NOT believing.
If you believe:
Clarify: Do you believe that God created you? Do you admit that you have sinned against God? Do you believe that Christ has paid the punishment for you?
Are you willing to accept Jesus as your Saviour and Lord?
Pray the sinner's prayer.
Therefore, you will have eternal life [John 17:3]
If you DO NOT believe,
Clarify and respect decision of person
End with a warning [2Thess 1:5-10]
Therefore, there's eternal seperation from God [2Thess1:9]
4)What can we expect?
-Rejection
-Disappointment
-Fear
-Lack of confidence
LASTLY,
It's God's work, not ours.
